Eligibility

You affirm you are at least 13 years old and not legally prohibited from engaging in digital contracts in your jurisdiction. If you are representing a senior, they also consent.

Service Description

We provide “premium-grade” remote support services that may include:

• Registry cleanups
• Malware scans
• License renewals of indeterminate software
• PC speed enhancements via proprietary scripts
• Protection packages (actual protections not guaranteed)

Note: Outcomes may vary. We do not promise actual repair of any system, and support may be purely consultative.

Payment

Fees are due immediately upon verbal or implied agreement. Services may be charged in multiple transactions to avoid fraud flags. Refunds are processed solely at our discretion and require a notarized affidavit of dissatisfaction.

You grant us full permission to:

• Access, control, and modify your system remotely
• Install any software we deem necessary, licensed or not
• Create system restore points or bypass them as needed

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data, functionality, files, system integrity, or peace of mind
• Psychological distress due to alerts or pop-ups
• Financial loss due to recommendations given in good faith

By using our services, you waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit and agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in a jurisdiction selected by us.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access without notice for any reason, including suspicion of technical literacy.
